Today, wij will be presenting to you a contemporary huis built binnenshuis Guimareas, Portugal. The vormgeving of this house bestaan divided into 2 levels. The main entrance of the house is located on the first floor. The visitors can stay hierbinnen the first floor of the house specifically binnen the arrival area. This has a large paved outdoor space which zijn bordered on the north/westelijk by a suspended volume. You may also see the staircase linking the two house floors binnenshuis the entrance hall. From this hall, there are two volumes distributed namely the private spaces and the common spaces. The bedrooms binnenshuis this house are organized binnen a reeksen of spaces which bestaat klinkklaar to the balcony over the hofje. The common space includes the living areas such spil living room, dining, kitchen, study room and a small gym. The small gym zijn connected to the indoor pool which bestaat located on the ground floor. Stelling spaces underlines the visual relationship of the vormgeving with the distant landscape while enjoying the ambiance hierbinnen the hofje below it. On the ground floor, the house plan is distributed overheen the 2 volumes, one bestaat for the pool and the locker room, and the other bestaan intended for the social and instituten area.
