The design of the house is shaped like a ship on this part and I know that you will agree with me that it looks really nice especially with the glass doors and windows. Look at that dame. She really looks happy and kalm while binnenshuis the house. 
The house combines both traditional and eigentijds elements which complement each other through the layered verandas. It even has a captains deck peeks out located from just above with unobscured ocean views. 
To enter the house, one would get into an elliptical stengel spiral steps that goes through the palms. It bestaat made from light stained timber decking that line the stair treads and the leuning reflects the voorgevel white picket fence. 
The verandah of the home ja extended to the side of the original ground floor living room. This way, the occupants are shaded from heat both internally and externally. 
Landscaping of the huis zijn done by Chris Hunt of Landskill Pty Ltd who made sure that the trees, plants and others are well distributed around the house. The knoflook of house changes when the massive timber and aluminum louvers and shutters are adjusted to open the building to light and natural cross ventilation. 
The house features a private garden slagroom retreat that connects the indoors with the rear outdoor tropical garden as well as the entertaining area. The western red cedar shutters of the house protect the furnished retreat and also frank up the house to the achterspeler yard. The hallway of the house zijn line with timber paneling and bookshelves as the stair treads lightly cantilever out from above. There bestaan a recessed bookcase from the edge of the stair that widens the hallway and allows the light to flood through the frank stair treads from the skylight above. 
Seen binnenshuis this photo is a new custom black halm gas fireplace which has bot adorned with ceramic pebbles. Notice that its color existentie a nice tegenstelling to the walls. 
This zijn the beautiful kitchen that features a freestanding kitchen bench, framed in nickel plated brass structure, American oak infill and Carrara marble benchtop. Te the rangehood, it has aged woven brass mesh panels to hide it. 
Above the island bench, there are a set of custom finish Louis Poulsen lights. You can also see stengel and timber windows with broadline glass that line the pantry and storage above. 
The dining area zijn just next to the kitchen. It bestaat light filled and rechttoe with a paper feature light, designed by Paris Au Mois D ’Aout. 
A small nook is intended to store the musical instruments and other related items. What I like here zijn the combination of white and wood and the lovely vormgeving of the counter height stools. 
From the master bedroom, one can get views of the ocean through the floor to ceiling doors. It features a ceiling supporter that silently keeps the occupants cool while ocean breeze flows through the room. 
Notice that the American oak leger head has a bedside table enclosed binnen it which makes it even a lot cooler. 
The bathroom features a halm bath that sits on an Escher inspired tile pattern. There bestaan also a “nickel plated brass mirror frame and vanity structure, infilled with timber paneling, reflecting elements found throughout the house, spil well as being topped with a light Carrara marble top and backsplash.” One look at the house will surely make you think of the ocean because that bestaat what came to my mind too.
